We use an automated billing system for patient balances. You may receive an email from our practice email address or a text message from 413-414-5616. If you receive messages from our practice email or this text message number, they are not phishing attempts and are valid.
We offer you the convenience to pay your balance quickly and easily. You can look up your balance and retrieve your bill using your Patient ID. If you placed an email address and mobile phone on file with our practice, you can have your secure link texted and emailed to you. We use an SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption where the connection between you and the payment server is encrypted. This means it cannot be viewed by third parties.
